Carlos Garcia - Co-founder & CEO
Carlos founded Nobox in 2000 with the mission of helping leading marketers reach the growing US Hispanic population online. As Nobox's chief strategist, Carlos has helped shape the Internet marketing strategies of companies like Toyota, Procter & Gamble and Verizon Wireless. Carlos' expertise in web usability and rich Internet applications combined with his strong interest in Web 2.0 business models has been key in the formation of Afterwords. Carlos' relentless perseverance in pursuing his vision of Afterwords has led an exceptional team to develop an innovative and easy-to-use Internet application.
Margarita Irizarry - Co-founder & Marketing Director
After spending five years as a lawyer at the largest Hispanic-owned law firm in the US, Margarita left her career at McConnell-Valdes to help form Nobox and pursue her interest in interactive marketing. She has a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from Boston College. At Nobox, she managed large-scale web development and online marketing projects for leading brands like Pampers, Lexus and Tylenol. A scrapbooker herself, Margarita has been integral to the conceptualization of Afterwords. As the marketing director of Afterwords, she focuses on establishing long-term partnerships and harnessing Afterwords's community of users.
Omar Ramos - Director of Research and Development
Omar heads Afterwords's innovation and development. An accomplished developer himself, Omar leads a small team of programmers in creating Afterwords's key applications. Omar is an evangelist of Rich Internet Applications (RIA) and is always pushing the envelope to create more efficient user experiences.
Jayson Fittipaldi - Co-founder & Creative Director
Jayson is one of the partners of Nobox Marketing Group, the holding company of Afterwords. Jayson sits on the board of directors of Afterwords. As creative director of both companies, he leads the creative team behind Nobox's award-winning interactive campaigns and Afterwords's overall design. Jayson is responsible for the development of Afterwords's brand, its creative content and advertising strategy.
Monica Heitlauf - Co-founder
Monica is a partner and the online media director at Nobox Marketing Group. As Nobox's online media director, Monica is responsible for planning and buying media for leading companies. As one of Afterwords's founding partners, Monica sits in the company's board of directors. Monica's expertise in online advertising and search marketing has contributed extensively to Afterwords's vision. |
