MyCashBandit.com ("MyCashBandit") provides the following terms of service which the member must accept ("Agreement") in order to join and participate in MyCashBandit ("Program"). Members may complete offers provided by third-party advertisers ("third-parties") in return for compensation provided by MyCashBandit. These terms are subject to change by MyCashBandit at anytime without notice.
Description of Service
MyCashBandit gives free membership to any users who want to earn money by completing third-party offers listed by MyCashBandit.
Third-Parties
MyCashBandit is not responsible for any content provided by Third-Parties and your participation in their programs is governed by their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. MyCashBandit.com will never charge you membership fees, however you must be aware that some third-party advertisers may require payment of some variety in order to complete their offer. Members will be solely responsible for any charges incurred by participation Third-Party programs.
Member Obligations
Members must agree to fulfill their obligations and accounts found to be in violation of these obligations will be removed without compensation or notice. 1.) Members must be atleast 13 years of age. 2.) Members must be truthful and complete with information provided to MyCashBandit and its third-party advertisers. 3.) Members must never participate in illegal activities with the intention of advertising or mentioning MyCashBandit. These activities include, but are not limited to, spamming your MyCashBandit URL via email, on message boards, social networking sites, or anywhere else. 4.) Members can only participate in the Program so long as they are in accordance with all federal, state, local, and all other applicable laws. 5.) Members must never use MyCashBandit and it's Program to participate in any fradulent, illegal, or patently unethical activities. 6.) MyCashBandit allows only one account per person, so members may never have multiple accounts. 7.) Members may never refer themselves.
Payment
Members will generally be processed monthly within 20 days of the end of the month assuming they have met the minimum payout (currently $10). MyCashBandit makes no guarentee regarding the timeliness of payments in the event of interferences which affect MyCashBandit's ability to process payments. These interferences include but are not limited to late third-party payments and technical difficulties. MyCashBandit reserves the right to inspect each Member's acccount activity before payment to verify the integrity of Member's acitvities. Any member found to be cheating or providing false information will not be paid and their membership in the Program terminated. Additionally, member payments come from revenue generated by Third-Party advertisers. While MyCashBandit makes every effort to secure revenue generated, if, for any reason, an advertiser does not pay MyCashBandit, MyCashBandit reserves the right to withhold the Members share of said revenue.
Non-Liable
MyCashBandit will not be liable for lost profits or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the MyCashBandit program, even if MyCashBandit has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Non-Commitment
MyCashBandit will at no time have any commitment toward any member, past or present. MyCashBandit may at anytime, for any reason, with or without notice, discontinue the Program for one or all of its members. After said discontinuation, MyCashBandit remains without commitment to any member, past or present, of the Program.
Account Termination
Members may request termination of their account by logging in and going to 'My Account'. Additionally, MyCashBandit may terminate all accounts found to be in violation of this Agreement, or inactive accounts. An inactive account is defined as an account that has not been accessed in 90 days.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MyCashBandit and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your membership and/or participation in MyCashBandit, your use of the Program, your connection to the Program, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
