The information we collect

Tell A Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Bowlticketoptions does not store this information.

How we use this information

Internally, we use your personally identifiable information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, and to improve and customize Bowlticketoptions's content and offerings. We believe that this will enable us to better meet your needs. Additionally, we use such information to remit payments and physically fulfill event tickets.

We send all new members a welcome email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information from third parties and us on products, special promotions, and the like. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we provide the option to not receive these types of communications. This opt-out functionality is found under your user profile and can be initiated by simply selecting the options to not receive marketing emails from Bowlticketoptions or it's partners by updating your profile.

We also send members emails that are generated by our marketplace whenever the system "transacts" such as when you place a Bid-to-Buy or Offer-to-Sell. Additional system email examples include market triggers such as when Certificates expire, markets close or general system announcement updates.
